Due to the nature of this service all retainer fees are nonrefunable but are transferrable. Final Balances are due  before final images are delievered with no exceptions.  Due to the nature of this service there are no returns or refunds once digital images have been downloaded.  Galleries must be downloaded within 30 days of recipt.
